Translink Corporate Finance announces the sale of Exclusives Cerdanya S.L., a Spanish distributor of fresh and frozen food in the North Catalonian area to Francisco Puig Masjoan S.A. (Dispuig). Translink acted as financial advisor to the owner of Exclusives Cerdanya S.L.
Dispuig is a Spanish producer and distributor of frozen food, deserts, fresh fish and meat and other fresh food in the Gerona’s region. The company had revenues of 30 million euros in 2017 and it is constantly acquiring other distributors from the area. Through the acquisition of Exclusives Cerdanya, Dispuig expects to increase its geographic presence.
