Nexera Connect strengthens its shareholder base with Crédit Mutuel Equity and Société Générale
Capital Partenaires to diversify its service offerings and support market consolidation
A leading player in telecommunications services, Nexera Connect (formerly France Numérique) welcomes Crédit Mutuel Equity to its capital alongside Société Générale Capital Partenaires, which renews its trust after seven years of collaboration. With this new round of investment, the Paris-based group, which generates €50 million in revenue and employs nearly 400 people, aims to expand its service offerings and accelerate its technological development through both organic and external growth.
Founded in 2004 by Saïd Benamrouche, Mohamed Benamrouche, and Jamal Assraoui, Nexera Connect (formerly France Numérique) has established itself as a key player in the telecommunications services market in France. As part of its ongoing development, the governance has been strengthened with the arrival of Nicolas Guilbert and Erwan Fandeur, who joined the management team over a year ago to support the implementation of strategic directions.
The group is organised around three entities:
- Netcom, the historical structure, directly offers “Voice” and “Access” services to more than 13,000 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
 - Phenix Partner, created in 2022, provides a white-label telecom services platform to 300 partners.
 - You Price, launched in 2023, is a virtual mobile network operator (MVNO) that already has nearly 200,000 active lines.

With nearly 400 employees and a network of 14 agencies across France, Nexera Connect has equipped itself with a first-class proprietary core network. It is also one of the few players in France to benefit from network coverage with the three major operators (Orange, SFR, and Bouygues). Innovation is at the heart of the group’s strategy, with continuous investment in R&D. Recently, it launched its mobile core network (Full MVNO) and developed a proprietary Centrex solution (Saylo) as well as an electronic signature tool (SecureSign). Its social model, centered on people, leverages empowerment and trust as drivers of success, resulting in strong loyalty and engagement from its teams.
The group aims to strengthen its technical expertise by developing a Document Management System (DMS) and Cloud offerings while enhancing its cybersecurity capabilities to provide an even more comprehensive solution to its SME clients. Crédit Mutuel Equity and Société Générale Capital Partenaires will support the three majority co-founders and an expanded management team in their external growth projects and the deployment of the technical roadmap.
