Translink Corporate Finance Norway acted as the advisor to the shareholders of Telaris AS on its minority stake sale to NL Invest. The capital injection will enable Telaris to pursue growth opportunities into larger markets. NL Invest is a private investment group that provides support to sustainable and technological innovators.

Telaris founder, Roy Jørgensen says, “We’re strengthening our team with expertise and capital to reach even more small and medium-sized businesses. Many companies involved in warehousing and logistics, production and service are now looking for an updated complete IT solution that streamlines operations and is easy to use”.

Though this transaction the existing team will be joined by Marius Lindholt and Einar Negaard from the IT company Front Systems, who have built a strong brand for cash register solutions for the retail industry in Scandinavia. They join as co-owners and employees of Telaris. Negaard comes with extensive financial management experience and will overlay this strategic insight as he plays the crucial role in the company’s future growth strategy as CFO.

Lindholt will bring his expertise in sales strategy and will help expand the company’s market share as Business Development Manager.
