Translink Corporate Finance’s partner in Sweden, Anecta, has acted as a financial and strategic advisor to Langia IT Solutions in its sale to the investment company Sareq.

Langia IT Solutions, an IT consultancy firm with a global clientele, specialises in digitalisation, microservices, and cloud solutions, with a primary focus on e-commerce solutions for medium to large businesses. Founded in 2015 by Måns B. Strandqvist, the company is a SAP partner and a leading specialist in the SAP Commerce e-commerce platform in the Nordics. Måns B. Strandqvist will continue as a co-owner and the CEO of the company. In 2022, Langia IT Solutions achieved net sales exceeding 110 million SEK. Notably, the company achieved a remarkable compound annual growth rate of over 60% between 2018 and 2022.

Sareq, a family-owned investment company with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine interest in business development, holds a long-term investment perspective and closely collaborates with its subsidiaries, providing both competence and capital to drive growth and profitability. Currently, Sareq operates nine subsidiaries with approximately 130 employees and an annual turnover of 1 billion SEK.
