As a buyer, Klett Group is committed to Studeo’s growth and developing the quality, supply, and sales of digital learning materials together with Studeo. The new owner provides Studeo with unique and decades-accumulated know-how from the educational materials market in more than 20 countries.
“The Studeo team has done a great job for several years in the development of digital learning materials. We are happy to have found a partner who shares a similar world of values and the desire to develop solutions to better support learning and teaching. As part of the Klett family, we are even stronger to make Studeo an international success story”, concluded Jukka Meklin, CEO of Studeo.
The founder and main owner of the company, Oskari Lehtonen, and the investors who supported the company in its early stages, will sell the majority of their ownership to Klett Group in connection with the transaction. The company’s executive management, Jukka Meklin, Mari Soikkeli, Tuukka Toivonen, and Miikka Salavuo, will own part of the company even after the transaction and will continue managing the company.
