Translink acted as advisor to LYXXA on the sale of the company to Iduna Group (Golden Heights AB)

Lyxxa has been acquired by the Scandinavian jewelry market leader Golden Heights or Iduna. Lyxxa operates since 1954 a successful goldsmith business in Helsingborg, south Sweden. Lyxxa is particularly strong in sales of jewelry from reputable suppliers with strong brand names such as Ole Lyngaard, Efva Attling, Pandora, Georg Jensen, Thomas Sabo and also conducts an extensive manufacturing of diamond rings of own design.

The plan is to develop Lyxxa as a premium brand and establish new shops in metropolitan areas. Lyxxa will operate as an independent chain with own management and board.

Golden Heights AB (publ) operates retail businesses in the jewelry industry with 278 stores in Sweden and Finland with revenues of 146 million €. The stores in Sweden are run under the brand names Guldfynd (116 of which 4 are franchised), Hallbergs Guld (34), Albrekts Guld (45) and in Finland under the brand names Kultajousi (75), Elegance (6), Westerback (1) and A.Tillander (1).
