Translink Corporate Finance acted as financial advisor to WVT Group on its acquisition of ÈCOSÌ

WVT Group is headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium and has a broad international footprint with facilities in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain and Singapore, and serves customers worldwide through an extensive local distribution network. WVT Group employs 250 people and has achieved strong growth over the years through both organic expansion and a series of strategic acquisitions.
It is a leader in the development, production and commercialisation of so-called “mission-critical” detergents and disinfectants, specialised compounds formulated to provide the complete and certified elimination of microbial loads in sensitive environments, particularly in biomedical and healthcare settings.
Following the acquisition of ÈCOSÌ, the Group expects to generate total revenues of approximately €120 million this year.
ÈCOSÌ, a developer and manufacturer of certified and sustainable chemical solutions
ÈCOSÌ was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in Forli, Italy where they develop and manufacture certified and sustainable chemical solutions, including biocides, detergents and peracetic acid-based solutions. With 65 employees, one production site, one laboratory and commercial branches across Northern Italy, ÈCOSÌ serves customers in Italy and abroad across a broad range of regulated markets, including healthcare, professional laundry, food and hospitality, industry, veterinary and livestock. In 2025, ÈCOSÌ generated revenues of €18.1 million.
