Translink Corporate Finance in Sweden and the Netherlands have served as advisors to Sertion in its acquisition of Megens.
Sertion strengthens its position as a leading international infra and installation partner as Megens joins the Group in the Netherlands. The acquisition marks Sertion’s entry into the Dutch market and represents an important step in the Group’s continued international expansion.
Megens is a well-established Dutch installation and service company with deep expertise in technical maintenance, building automation, measurement and control systems, and industrial piping solutions. With strong technical capabilities, long-standing customer relationships and a leading market position, Megens adds approximately 450m SEK in annual revenue to the Group and becomes an important platform for Sertion’s continued growth in the Netherlands.
