Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Helsinki, Costa Laskenta is a Finnish cost estimation specialist with additional offices in Jyväskylä, Joensuu, and Seinäjoki.

The company provides quantity surveying and cost management services throughout the entire lifecycle of construction projects, including tender estimating, budget planning, cost control, and cost information modelling.

Costa Laskenta serves a broad range of clients across the construction industry. Contractors rely on the company for quantity surveying and tender support, while developers engage Costa Laskenta for early-stage budgeting, feasibility assessments, and ongoing cost management.

At the core of the offering is Costa Laskenta’s proprietary cost information model, which integrates cost estimation with BIM workflows and ensures that cost data remains accurate and up to date throughout the project lifecycle.

The company has also developed CostaPro, an AI-powered pricing library that continuously transforms incoming quotations and estimates into standardised price items, enabling faster, more consistent, and data-driven tender pricing.
