Translink Corporate Finance™ in Denmark and Sweden acted as the financial and strategic advisor to Sertion AB (Sertion) , a portfolio company of Consolid Equity, in the acquisition of Nørhalne VVS A/S (Nørhalne VVS).

Nørhalne VVS pursues growth opportunities driven by defense industry and district heating expansion

Founded in 1970 and based in Nordjylland, Nørhalne VVS is a Danish HVAC company offering a broad range of HVAC services to private customers, businesses, and larger construction projects. The company generates approximately 150 million SEK in revenue, has around 65 employees, and operates branches in Nørhalne and Lindholm in Denmark. Nørhalne VVS sees strong growth opportunities in Nordjylland, driven by the expected expansion of the defense industry as well as the planned expansion of district heating.

Sertion is a Nordic group specialising in pipe installations, founded in 2024.
