Translink Corporate Finance’s US partner, Dinan Capital Advisors, advised WBE Traffic Control Inc. on its sale to Right Traffic

Translink Corporate Finance™ in the United States, Dinan Capital Advisors advised WBE Traffic Control Inc. (WBE), a full-service traffic control company, on the sale to Right Traffic, a leading provider of traffic control solutions via industry-leading technology and highly trained personnel. This is Right Traffic’s first acquisition west of New Mexico and signals the company’s first foray into the United States’ largest market.

WBE Traffic Control Inc.’s expands its mission further

WBE was founded in 2018 by Charity Cornet-Barnhart with the mission of “providing highly skilled traffic control experts to produce safe and professional work zones, specialising in utility construction builds.” In a short time, WBE expanded to three offices – Mather, Vallejo, and Huntington Beach – with hundreds of journeypersons providing all manner of traffic control services up and down the state of California.
