Translink Corporate Finance Spain acted as the advisor to Instalaciones Hidalgas (Hidalgas), a leading Spanish player in the domestic heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) sector, on its sale to HomeServe.

HomeServe continues activity in the German market

This year, HomeServe has been active in Germany having acquired Natelberg, HomeServe Deutschland, Gast, and Ferdi Heimel. The company was founded in the UK over 30 years ago and operates in the US, France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Germany, the UK, and Japan. With more than 3.5 million customers, the company delivers approximately four service interventions per minute, helping homeowners improve comfort and efficiency.
