Translink Corporate Finance in Germany advised Spieth & Wensky, a renowned company in the traditional clothing segment, on the sale to private investors.

Spieth & Wensky is a portfolio company of Odewald KMU. Founded in 1913, the company is now the market leader in traditional clothing fashion and has been the official outfitter of FC Bayern Munich for over 15 years. The Spieth & Wensky and Beckert brands combine craftsmanship, innovation, tradition and modernity. They are sold through specialised retailers, eight own stores and an online shop.

Odewald KMU closes fund with successful exit of Spieth & Wensky

With this transaction, the portfolio of the first Odewald KMU fund has been fully realised. Thanks to several successful exits – most recently Spieth & Wensky – the fund can be closed in a timely manner in the interests of its investors.
