Translink Corporate Finance in Denmark acted as the advisor to Dansk Fundering A/S on the sale to Christiansen & Essenbæk A/S . The acquisition is a strategic step that will strengthen Christiansen & Essenbæk’s existing activities within foundations, where demand is experiencing increasing growth.

Foundation as a business area becomes even stronger

The takeover means that Christiansen & Essenbæk A/S now has an even stronger position in the foundation market. The company is already a strong contractor with specialties within, among other things, concrete renovation and waterproofing.

Foundations was added as an independent business area in 2023 with the primary purpose of expanding expertise and offering more specialties in-house production to customers. The addition of Dansk Fundering strengthens the group’s capacity and performance.

The combined competencies within, among other things, concrete renovation, injection, waterproofing, soil and sewage, and foundations strengthen the organisation’s ability to contribute with optimal solutions and efficient execution within a wide range of specialties.
