Translink Corporate Finance in France and Norway acted as the M&A advisor to Visma on its investment in Evoliz. Visma expands in France with strategic investment in Evoliz

Visma, Europe’s leading provider of mission-critical software and cloud-based business solutions, has acquired Evoliz, an innovative management, invoicing, and accounting solution serving more than 13,000 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in France.

This is Visma’s fourth software acquisition in France since 2022, where Translink has been acting as its exclusive M&A advisor. The investment further solidifies Visma’s position as an ambitious market challenger in the French accounting and professional services sectors.

Evoliz to strengthen Visma’s financial management offering in France

Evoliz was founded in 2010, and the company focuses on providing user-friendly solutions to streamline business financial management. The company brings proven expertise and essential functionalities to French SMEs. Evoliz offers features such as invoice creation, expense tracking, and real-time financial reporting and has over the years expanded its offerings to include integrations with various third-party applications, enhancing its platform’s versatility.
