Translink Corporate Finance in The Netherlands advised UD-Vet, a leading provider of veterinary practice equipment and other veterinary imaging modalities, on the sale to IMV Technologies, a global leader in animal artificial insemination and veterinary imaging.
UD-Vet is based in Utrecht, Netherlands and Brussels, Belgium with a reach throughout the Benelux region. Under the leadership of Remon van Rijn, the business has developed into the leading veterinary supply and imaging supply business in the Benelux region.
