Translink Corporate Finance Benelux advised rond and PurpleHRM on the partnership with Axians, the ICT brand of VINCI Energies. With this acquisition, VINCI Energies strengthens its Intelligent Apps portfolio for data analytics and low-code development within the Axians brand and its position as a leading implementation partner of Qlik, SAP and Mendix.
Since 2007, the companies based in Amersfoort have grown to more than 40 specialists who provide the design, development and maintenance of business analytics and low-code solutions for appealing customers in retail, industry and local government, among others. In addition, a further deepening of HR analytics has been made in the form of a standard solution that has been marketed under the brand name PurpleHRM.
Mark Bosch, Managing Partner at rond, said, “Over the past few years, we have built up a wealth of experience and expertise in data and analytics and low-code. In addition, we have grown to more than 40 professionals. VINCI Energies is a great landing spot for us and we see the VINCI Energies network as a great opportunity to further expand our market position. By joining forces, we are even better able to use our joint expertise in data-driven solutions for ambitious clients.”
This acquisition is aligned with VINCI Energies’ strategy to further develop within the Axians brand in data-driven solutions that help organisations with better insight, decision-making and the introduction of new intelligence within the application landscape.
Edwin van Merriënboer, Director at VINCI Energies, said, “As a versatile specialist in digital transformation, we actively build our expertise around data and new intelligence to help organisations in their digitisation. Of course, data plays an important role in this. With the acquisition of rond and PurpleHRM, we are able to deliver even greater added value. For example, we see that intelligence around HR data is becoming more and more strategic, and PurpleHRM responds very well to this. With this acquisition, we provide even more experience, knowledge and specialisation and strengthen our portfolio with specific solutions that provide data-driven answers to strategic issues.”
Operations at rond and PurpleHRM will soon be integrated under the Axians name. Over 230 Business Analytics and Low-Code professionals will operate from five locations across the Netherlands.
“rond and PurpleHRM are valuable additions to Axians and align well with Axians’s ambitions to become the leading player in The Netherlands,” said, Alexander Boissevain, Partner at Translink.
