Translink Corporate Finance in Denmark advised the shareholders of ENCO VVS Service and ENCO VVS & Sprinkler, a construction company that focuses on sprinkler systems, plumbing and district heating services on the sale of the business to Kemp & Lauritzen, a large Danish installation group.
Kemp & Lauritzen will gain 82 new employees and a completely new business area involving the installation and service of district heating units.
Thomas Gjørup, Director of Technical Houses in Kemp & Lauritzen, says, “The purchase particularly strengthens our business within sprinkler and plumbing services in Greater Copenhagen, and also contributes to our contracting business in Zealand.”
He continues, “In addition, the acquisition brings a completely new business area into Kemp & Lauritzen with conversion to district heating for the utility companies. This is a business area that is growing strongly in line with the green transition, and which therefore suits us very well at Kemp & Lauritzen.”

Director / Proprietor at ENCO VVS Service and ENCO VVS & Sprinkler, who is selling the activities of ENCO VVS Service and ENCO VVS & Sprinkler, the shared values are crucial in the deal.
