Translink in Italy and the US acted as the exclusive advisors to Think:Water-PROFINE on the 100% sale to Culligan International.

Culligan International, based in Illinois – USA, through its subsidiary Culligan International EMEA Srl, based in Milan, acquired 100% of the group Think: Water-PROFINE (Think:Water). Located in Cittadella (PD), Think: Water specialises in the design and manufacturing of filters and devices dedicated to food-grade water improvement.

The shareholder of Think: Water was assisted by Gerardo Dal Piva and Vittoria Dalla Rosa of Translink Corporate Finance in Italy as financial advisors.

Think:Water, founded in 2005, distinguished itself over the years by its propensity for innovation and continuous improvement, achieving impressive financial results with sales reaching €7.8 million in 2021. The development of Think: Water will continue in 2022, as the company expects to exceed €11 million in revenues, an increase of more than 45% over the previous year. The company produces over 150 thousand water filters with a positive impact on plastic reduction.

Think:Water’s entry into Culligan will enable the Veneto-based company to enhance its brand and patents, while being able to rely on the expertise and resources of a multinational company with more than 80 years of experience, as well as a global sales network extended to more than 90 countries, with a customer base of more than 3 million names.
