Invest AG, the investment company of the Raiffeisenbanken Gruppe Oberösterreich, is Austria’s leading private equity fund. Vienna-based INVEST EQUITY Management Consulting GmbH is a private equity company focusing on the mid-market for buy-outs and expansion capital. Both investors act together with an industry experienced MBI.

IKA Innovative Kuststoffaufbereitung GmbH & Co. KG is one of the innovation leaders in the production of stabilizers for the PVC industry, which are used in window profiles, foam profiles and plastic pipes.

The shareholder Floridienne specializes in the acquisition and development of market leaders in niche segments. With the sale of IKA, Floridienne strengthens its focus on the food and life science businesses.
