Translink Corporate Finance announces the sale of 22,41% of Atrian Bakers S.L., a Spanish conglomerate of companies dedicated to manufacturing and distribution of frozen dough, both for bread products, pastries and cakes to Bansabadell Inversió Desenvolupament S.A.U. Translink acted as financial adviser to the owners of Atrian Bakers S.L.

Atrian Bakers Group is comprised by a conglomerate of 7 companies present in 22 countries. It has 3 modern facilities located near Barcelona (Spain) and in Alcobaça (Portugal) with 6 production lines. Last year turnover of the group was 40 million euros with an EBITDA of 2,7 million euros (6,8% over net sales).

Bansabadell Inversió Desenvolupament S.A.U. is the investment fund of the Spanish bank Banc Sabadell which is the fifth largest bank in Spain. Through the acquisition of Atrian Bakers, Banc Sabadell expects to boost the company’s production and revenues and sell the company in the near future.
