Translink Corporate Finance announces the sale of Tilda’s AB, a major toy distributor in the Scandinavian market representing classic brands such as TOMY, Jumbo and Trefi as well as own designed kiddy cars and tricycles branded Nordichoj.
The buyer Bjerre & Co is a toy importer and distributor of toys and gifts established in 2003. The company is based in Hørning, Denmark and is owned by the investor SMV Capital.
