Translink Corporate Finance announces the sale of Protacon Group Oy to a leading Finnish private equity investor MB Funds. Translink acted as an advisor to the owners of Protacon.
Protacon is a Finnish engineering company specializing in industrial automation, software and digitalization services. Protacon serves pulp & paper, energy and maritime industries.
Protacon has 10 offices in Finland and one in China. Currently, Protacon has 270 automation and digitalisation professionals.
MB Funds is a leading Finnish private equity investor that focuses on Finnish companies with sales of 20 to 200 MEUR.
