Translink Corporate Finance announces the acquisition of Modultek Oy, the leading Finnish provider of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, by Roima Intelligence Inc. Translink acted as the exclusive financial adviser to the owners of Modultek Oy.

Roima Intelligence Inc. focuses on providing its customers with measurable added value by bringing intelligence into supply chains and manufacturing processes. The merger of Roima and Modultek means a wider range and increased flexibility of services. The companies’ customers will now be able to get Product Lifecycle (PLM) and Product Management Services (PDM) as well as MES, Operations Management and Intralogistics services for one supplier. Modultek will become a business unit under the Roima brand and the three shareholder and key personnel will join Roima as Partners and continue working for the company.
