Translink Corporate Finance announces the purchase of Bitify Oy, a Finnish IT outsourcing company, by Office Management. Translink acted as the exclusive financial adviser to Office Management.

Office Management is the leading provider of IT, communications and office services in the SMB segment in Sweden with more than 7500 customers and 320 employees and the acquisition of Bitify Oy allows it to enter also the Finnish market. Bitify Oy will as a result of the deal be able to offer a more comprehensive service offering both to its current customers to more demanding environments in Finland, while Office Management will extend its offer to the Nordic level.
